CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Thank you for choosing KC Permanent Makeup Academy & Studio. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you — each session is a detailed artistic procedure lasting up to 2½–3 hours, and that time cannot be offered to another client on short notice.
A $50 booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service, so on the day of your appointment you pay only the remaining balance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 7 days (168 hours) before your appointment. With 7 or more days' notice, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to your new appointment date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days' notice, and no-shows, will forfeit the $50 deposit.
Thank you for understanding and for respecting the time set aside just for you. We can't wait to see you!
